Day 1 – Arrival in Taipei
Arrive in Taipei. Upon arrival, meet your local representative and transfer to the hotel for check-in. The remainder of the day is at leisure to rest or explore the city independently.

Day 2 – Taipei → Yehliu → Shifen Sky Lantern → Jiufen → Taipei
After breakfast, depart for Taiwan’s scenic North Coast.
Visit Yehliu Geopark, renowned for its extraordinary coastal rock formations formed by wind and sea erosion, including the iconic Queen’s Head.
Continue to Shifen Old Street, where guests will participate in the traditional Sky Lantern Release experience. Write wishes on lanterns and release them along the historic railway line, a signature cultural activity of the Pingxi region.
In the afternoon, travel to Jiufen Old Street, a charming hillside town famous for its narrow lanes, teahouses, and panoramic ocean views. Enjoy free time to explore the village and experience Jiufen at dusk, when red lanterns illuminate the streets.
Return to Taipei in the evening.

Day 3 – Taipei City Tour
After breakfast, enjoy a guided city tour of Taipei.
Visit Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, including the Changing of the Guard Ceremony, a ceremonial highlight showcasing Taiwan’s military tradition and precision drill.
Continue to the National Palace Museum for an interior visit, home to one of the world’s most important collections of Chinese art, calligraphy, and imperial treasures.
In the afternoon, enjoy leisure time at Dadaocheng Historic Area or Ximending Shopping District for sightseeing and shopping.
In the evening, guests may optionally visit Shilin Night Market or Raohe Night Market to experience Taiwan’s vibrant street food culture (optional, at own expense).

Day 4 – Taipei → Hsinchu | TSMC Museum of Innovation → Taichung
After breakfast, travel to Hsinchu, the center of Taiwan’s high-tech and semiconductor industry.
Visit the TSMC Museum of Innovation with a pre-booked English guided tour. The visit provides an in-depth introduction to the global semiconductor industry, TSMC’s technological development, and Taiwan’s critical role in advanced chip manufacturing.
Guests must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled tour time for check-in.
Note: This visit includes museum exhibitions only and does not include access to fabrication facilities.
After the visit, enjoy an exterior stop at Hsinchu Science Park to gain an overview of Taiwan’s broader technology ecosystem.
Later, visit the Hsinchu Chenghuang Temple area for local snacks and free time.
In the afternoon, continue south to Taichung.

Day 5 – Taichung → Alishan
After breakfast, visit Taichung National Theatre (exterior) and Rainbow Village, a colorful community art site.
Proceed south into the mountains to Alishan. Upon arrival, explore Alishan National Forest Recreation Area, including the Giant Trees Trail and forest walkways, surrounded by cool high-altitude scenery.
Overnight: Alishan Area
Day 6 – Alishan → Tainan
Early morning optional Alishan Sunrise viewing (weather permitting).
After breakfast, descend from the mountains and travel to Tainan, Taiwan’s oldest city.
Visit Anping Fort and Anping Old Street, learning about Taiwan’s early history and colonial heritage.
In the evening, enjoy free time to sample famous Tainan local cuisine, such as beef soup and traditional snacks.
Overnight: Tainan
Day 7 – Tainan → Taipei
After breakfast, visit Chihkan Tower or Tainan Confucius Temple, key historical landmarks of the city.
Transfer back to Taipei.
Overnight: Taipei
Day 8 – Departure from Taipei
After breakfast, transfer to Taipei Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) or Taipei Songshan Airport (TSA) for departure.
