Day 1: Arrival In Beijing

Your China adventure begins! Upon landing at either Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) or Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX), you’ll be greeted with a warm welcome and transferred straight to your hotel. It’s time to shake off the jet lag and get excited for the journey ahead!

Day 2:  Beijing

After breakfast, start your day at Tiananmen Square, where the soft morning light highlights the solemn beauty of this historic landmark. It’s a great moment to feel the atmosphere of Beijing and capture an iconic photo. Then, enter the magnificent Forbidden City through the Meridian Gate and follow the central axis to explore its most celebrated halls, such as the Hall of Supreme Harmony and Hall of Central Harmony. Admire the red walls, golden roofs, and majestic architecture that reflect the grandeur of China’s imperial heritage. The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy. You may choose to rest, continue exploring on your own, or join one of our thoughtfully designed optional tours to experience more of Beijing’s cultural depth and historical charm.

Forbidden City Availability
Due to a daily limit on ticket availability for the Forbidden City, entry cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. To secure entry, we will pre-book tickets on behalf of all guests in advance using passport information, without requiring prior individual authorization. If tickets cannot be secured, an alternative visit to The Imperial Ancestral Temple will be arranged. Please note, this arrangement is made to ensure the smooth operation of the tour and does not involve any additionalcharges.

Day 3: Beijing

After breakfast, travel to the Juyongguan section of the Great Wall and enjoy a walk along this historic fortress. Take in the sweeping mountain views as the wall winds gracefully over the ridges, and stop at one of the watchtowers to admire the stunning scenery. In the afternoon, visit a Jade Museum, where you can see beautifully crafted jade pieces and learn about the intricate carving techniques behind them. Discover how jade has symbolized beauty, virtue, and harmony in Chinese culture for centuries. This day offers a wonderful balance between nature’s grandeur and China’s rich artistic heritage.

Day 4: Beijing – Wuxi

Begin your day at a Chinese herbal institute, where you’ll learn about Traditional Chinese Medicine. By joining the optional tour, you’ll continue to the Temple of Heaven, a sacred imperial site and architectural gem. Morning visits offer the chance to see locals practicing Tai Chi and other exercises.

In the afternoon, board a high-speed bullet train to Wuxi, reaching speeds of up to 300 km/h. On arrival, meet your local guide and transfer to your hotel to relax or explore at your leisure.

Spend your morning discovering the Temple of Heaven, one of Beijing’s most treasured historical sites. Wander through the serene parklands where locals gather for tai chi, music, and morning rituals, then explore the grand ceremonial halls once used by emperors to pray for good harvests.

Day 5: Wuxi – Suzhou

Visit the scenic Brilliance of Lake Lihu, a tranquil park nestled along the shores of Lake Taihu. Steeped in legend, this serene area is said to have been graced by ancient scholars such as Fan Li and Xi Shi, who once sailed upon its shimmering waters. Stroll through a landscape of elegant bridges, classical gardens, and poetic lake views.

Continue with a visit to a freshwater pearl farm, where you’ll learn how these luminous treasures are cultivated and harvested, followed by a stop at a Purple Sand Art Gallery to admire the craftsmanship behind traditional Chinese Yixing teapots—an art form cherished for centuries.

Later in the day, journey onward to Suzhou, fondly known as the “Venice of the East,” where graceful canals and exquisite classical gardens await your exploration.

Day 6: Suzhou – Shanghai

Begin the day at the Lingering Garden, one of China’s most celebrated classical gardens and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Then, visit the Suzhou Silk Factory, one of China’s largest producers of silk, to see firsthand how delicate silk threads are spun from cocoons. Day 8: Shanghai – Hangzhou

Today, depart Shanghai and journey to Hangzhou, a city once praised by Marco Polo as “the most beautiful and magnificent in the world.”  Upon arrival, take a leisurely stroll along the tranquil West Lake, a UNESCO World Heritage site celebrated for its poetic charm. Walk along the Su Causeway or Bai Causeway, admire the reflections of pagodas and willow trees on the shimmering water, and feel the graceful harmony between the city and its natural surroundings.

Next, visit Meijiawu Tea Village, where you’ll step into lush tea fields to experience the traditional Longjing (Dragon Well) tea culture. Enjoy a fresh cup of premium green tea and learn about the art of hand-picking and roasting the leaves. All the packages are inclusive of 23kg Check-in luggage / Hand luggage 7 kg. You will be responsible for all your personal belongings whilst on the tour. With regards to luggage, you must carry your own luggage from the coach to the hotel room and back to the coach. The driver will assist with the uploading and offloading of the luggage from the coach.
