Perth – Fremantle

After Breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Fremantle. Free leisure in the afternoon. Fremantle is renowned as Perth’s Old Town, full of vibrancy, color, and culture. The area’s rich history is evident in its many heritage-listed buildings. One of the most popular attractions in Fremantle is the Fremantle Markets, which has been in operation since 1897. The markets offer a wide range of products, including fresh produce, arts and crafts, clothing, and souvenirs

Fremantle – Geraldton

Two national parks in one day. After breakfast, towards the fascinating journey filled with natural wonders and poignant history. Yanchep National Park – an excellent place to learn more about the culture and traditions of the First Nations communities, especially with the guidance of an Aboriginal guide. Exploring the park’s diverse ecosystems, including the bush and wetlands, it’s an exciting and educational experience. Your next stop is Nambung National Park.

Nambung National Park is a national park in the Wheatbelt region of Western Australia, 200 km northwest of Perth, Australia, and 17 km south of the small coastal town of Cervantes. The park contains the Pinnacles Desert which is an area with thousands of limestone formations called pinnacles.

After arriving in Geraldton, visit The HMAS Sydney II Memorial was designed by artist and sculptor Joan Walsh-Smith and architect Bob Pearce. It was officially opened on 21 March 2001 by then-Prime Minister John Howard. The memorial features a dome-shaped structure with a bronze statue of a woman holding a wreath, symbolizing the grief and loss felt by those who lost loved ones in the tragedy.

Geraldton – Monkey Mia

Shark Bay is its stunning coastline, characterized by powdery white beaches and crystal-clear waters. The bay is home to a diverse range of marine life, including dolphins, dugongs, sea turtles, and numerous species of fish and sharks. The bay’s seagrass meadows, which cover more than 4,800 square kilometers, provide essential habitats for these marine species. As the day draws to a close, finding an oceanside perch to relax and enjoy the sunset while sipping on a cold beverage is the perfect way to end the day. Monkey Mia is a stunning location and I’m sure you’ll continue to have a fantastic time on your tour.

Monkey Mia – Kalbarri

Monkey Mia and Shell Beach are two of the most unique and spectacular attractions in Western Australia. Monkey Mia’s dolphins are famous for their friendly interactions with visitors, and the opportunity to see them up close and in the wild is an experience not to be missed. Shell Beach, on the other hand, is a natural wonder formed from billions of tiny shells that have accumulated over thousands of years. Walking along its stunningly white shores is a truly surreal experience.

Hamelin Pool’s stromatolites are truly awe-inspiring. These ancient structures are living examples of the earliest forms of life on Earth, dating back billions of years. They are formed by colonies of microorganisms that create layers of sediment and minerals, eventually building up into towering mounds. Kalbarri National Park has been carved by the Murchison River for millions of years, and the gorge that remains is a breathtaking sight to behold. It’s also home to a wide variety of plant and animal life.

Kalbarri – Perth

Hutt Lagoon is a unique and beautiful natural wonder located in Western Australia. What makes this lagoon so special is its striking pink color, which is caused by a type of algae called Dunaliella salina. The algae produce a red pigment that gives the water its distinctive hue, which can range from pale pink to deep magenta depending on the time of day and the season. We will return to Perth this afternoon.
