Welcome to Launceston 

Make your way fly to Launceston,a riverside city in northern Tasmania, Australia. It’s famed for the Cataract Gorge, with panoramic views, walking trails, sculpted gardens and a chairlift.Our lovely driver will pick you up at the airport then transfer to hotel.  You can relax and use the rest of the day to explore the city.

Bay of Fires

The Bay of Fires is a bay on the northeastern coast of Tasmania in Australia, extending from Binalong Bay to Eddystone Point. The bay was given its name in 1773 by Captain Tobias Furneaux in Adventure, who saw the fires of Aboriginal people on the beaches.

Cradle Mountain National Park

Iconic Cradle Mountain is a place of exceptional natural beauty in the heart of the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area. Batman Bridge Luncheon Cruise

Today you will experience a cruise 40 kilometres down Australia’s longest navigable estuary and experience the natural beauty and magic of Launceston’s famous Tamar Valley and the Cataract Gorge.

Duration: 4 Hours
  • Departing from Homepoint, sit back and unwind as the Odyssey ventures through the modern Seaport precinct into natural parts of the river; see the nature reserve and beautiful Tamar Island, heritage homesteads, historical points, Windermere church, award-winning vineyards, and quaint waterfront communities.

  • Meanwhile, relax and enjoy the ambiance of the Valley, and the notable Batman Bridge. Be sure to spot glimpses of the river’s wildlife whilst cruising by many natural coves, and protected inlets.

Luggage

All the packages are inclusive of 23kg Check-in luggage / Hand luggage 7 kg. You will be responsible for all your personal belongings whilst on the tour. With regards to luggage, you must carry your own luggage from the coach to the hotel room and back to the coach. The driver will assist with the uploading and offloading of the luggage from the coach.
