Day 1: Arrival in Cairns
Our lovely driver will pick you up at the airport then transfer to hotel. You can relax and use the rest of the day to explore the city in tropical Far North Queensland.

Day 2: Kuranda Rainforest
The rainforests and grasslands of Tropical North Queensland are among the most diverse ecosystems in the world, home to over 3,000 plant species, more than 400 bird species, and over 100 species of mammals—many of which are found nowhere else on Earth. Begin your adventure aboard the Kuranda Scenic Railway, where you’ll enjoy a spectacular journey through lush rainforest with stunning views. Pass iconic landmarks such as Barron Falls, Stoney Creek, and traverse steep ravines as the train winds its way to Kuranda. Enjoy free time to explore Kuranda, the charming village in the rainforest, where you can browse through local markets, unique shops, and vibrant art galleries. Visit Rainforestation Nature Park, nestled in a lush tropical environment, and indulge in the World Famous BBQ Lunch. Climb aboard a 6-wheel drive amphibious World War II Army Duck for a unique tour through the World Heritage rainforest. Learn about rainforest ecology both on land and in water, and spot fascinating creatures including butterflies, water dragons, pythons, turtles, and eels.
Stroll through the Tropical Fruit Orchard and discover an array of exotic fruits. Immerse yourself in Indigenous culture as the Pamagirri Aboriginal dancers perform in the open-air rainforest amphitheatre. Continue the experience with a Dreamtime Walk, where you’ll witness traditional spear-throwing demonstrations and even try your hand at boomerang throwing. Get up close with Australian wildlife at the Koala and Wildlife Park, where you’ll see kangaroos, wombats, koalas, and crocodiles. You may also opt to have your photo taken with a cuddly koala (additional cost applies). Conclude your day with a breathtaking journey on the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway, gliding just metres above the rainforest canopy. Step off at Barron Falls and Red Peak stations to enjoy short walks, scenic lookouts, and forest floor explorations. Along the way, take in sensational panoramic views of the Coral Sea, Cairns City, the lush Atherton Tablelands, and surrounding mountain ranges. The tour includes return coach transfers from your Cairns accommodation, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience from start to finish.

Day 4: Daintree Wilderness and Cape Tribulation Beach
Travel to Port Douglas via the Captain Cook Highway, one of Australia’s most scenic coastal drives. Arrive at Wildlife Habitat to see the endangered cassowary and other wildlife, also with the opportunity to have your photo taken holding a koala, snake or crocodile (extra cost). Next stop, heading inland passing sugar cane fields towards Daintree National Park, Experience crossing the Daintree River on the cable-driven ferry. Travel along the rainforest-fringed Cape Tribulation Road through Daintree National Park, a magnificent wilderness region. Arrive at Cape Trib Beach House for a Tropical Lunch. Followed by free time for a swim in the resort pool, or a walk along the spectacular Cape Tribulation Beach. Depart Cape Trib Beach House and visit Cape Tribulation Beach and Boardwalk for a guided rainforest walk with great photo opportunities. Stop at Alexandra Lookout for magnificent views.
Depart north side of river for the Daintree River Cruise. Search for crocodiles, birds and other wildlife as you journey through the mangroves.
