Day 1: Welcome to Adelaide

Arrive in Adelaide, where you’ll be personally met by a DISCOVER AUSTRALIA representative and transferred to your hotel. The day is yours to explore this vibrant city—stroll through North Terrace, enjoy the Adelaide Botanic Gardens, or visit Glenelg Beach.

Day 2: Board The Ghan from Adelaide to Alice Springs

Spend a relaxed morning before boarding The Ghan in Adelaide in the afternoon. Travel north to Long Plains for a transfer to the Clare Valley and an included regional dinner experience, then return to the train for your first night in a private Gold Class cabin.

Day 3: The Ghan & Flinders Ranges

Passport Validity

Customers are required to provide valid passport details either at the time of purchase or at least 6 months’ validity for use on arrival to the foreign country. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the booking. In this instance, customers will be responsible for any costs and fees incurred.

Luggage

All the packages are inclusive of 20kg Check-in luggage / Hand luggage 7 kg. You will be responsible for all your personal belongings whilst on the tour. With regards to luggage, you must carry your own luggage from the coach to the hotel room and back to the coach. The driver will assist with the uploading and offloading of the luggage from the coach.
