Welcome to Tokyo! Upon arrival at the airport, you will be greeted by our professional pick-up service and transferred to the designated hotel. Hotel in Japan usually check-in after 15:00. Please have your passport ready for the check-in process.

Day 2: Tokyo
Today we will visit Sensoji Temple to experience the ancient religious atmosphere and stroll along Nakamise Street to experience traditional Japanese culture. Next, we will ascend Tokyo Tower to enjoy panoramic city views from the 150-meter-high observation deck. At the end of the day we will explore Ginza, enjoying luxurious shopping and dining.

Day 3: Tokyo – Tochigi – Nikko
Today we will visit Ashikaga Flower Park to admire the beautiful wisteria flowers. Then, we will head to Lake Chuzenji to enjoy the scenic beauty of the lake and mountains. Afterward, walk the trail to the magnificent Kegon Falls. Later on, we will visit the grand Nikko Toshogu Shrine and immerse in its sacred atmosphere.

Day 4: Nikko – Gunma
Today after breakfast we will explore the fairy-tale-like Shiraito Falls and find tranquility at Yunokami Onsen. Then, traverse Old Karuizawa Ginza Street, experiencing its nostalgic atmosphere. Finally, visit Kusatsu Onsen Street to enjoy the comfort and charm of the hot springs.

Day 5: Gunma – Tateyama Kurobe – Toyama
Today, take public transport from Ogizawa Station to Tateyama Station and begin the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route tour. Pass through Akushindake, Kurobe Lake, Kurobe Dam, Kurobeko, Daikanbo, Tengu Plain, and Bijodaira to explore the miraculous beauty of the mountains.

Day 6: Toyama – Kanazawa – Takayama
Today after breakfast we will stroll through Kenrokuen Garden, admiring the beauty of Japanese gardens. Then, visit Omicho Market to experience local life. Afterward, climb the Shiroyama Viewpoint for a panoramic view of the city. Finally, visit Shirakawa-go Village to experience the traditional gassho-style houses (entrance fees to small attractions within the village are self-paid).

Day 7: Takayama
Today after breakfast we will visit the Takayama Festival Floats Exhibition Hall to experience festival culture. Then, visit Takayama Jinya to glimpse historical splendor. Afterward, stroll through the historic streets of Sanmachi Suji, feeling like you’ve traveled back in time.

Day 8: Takayama – Matsumoto
Today, visit Miyagawa Morning Market to sample fresh seafood and local specialties. Then, head to Kamikochi, admiring the beauty of Taisho Pond and Kappa Bridge along the way. Finally, arrive at the historic Matsumoto Castle to explore the city’s cultural heritage.

Day 9: Matsumoto – Mount Fuji
Today after breakfast, stroll through the Fuji Shibazakura Festival, immersing yourself in a sea of blooming flowers. Then, take the Fuji Panoramic Ropeway at Lake Kawaguchi for stunning views of the lake and mountains. Finally, reach the Fifth Station of Mount Fuji to experience the majestic scenery. If the weather is unfavorable, we will visit the Fujisan World Heritage Center instead.

Day 10: Mount Fuji – Nagoya
Today after breakfast, visit the Fifth Station of Mount Fuji (or the Fujisan World Heritage Center if weather conditions are poor) and enjoy a set meal lunch. In the afternoon, visit Oshino Hakkai to experience the perfect blend of traditional architecture, waterwheels, and Mount Fuji’s scenery. Then, head to Heiwa Park to enjoy Japanese garden art. Finally, explore Osu Shopping Street in Nagoya, shopping freely and sampling local snacks.

Day 11: Nagoya – Kyoto
After breakfast, visit Nagoya Castle and the Imperial Jewel Shop. Then, head to Kyoto to visit Kiyomizu Temple and stroll through Sannenzaka and Ninenzaka, experiencing Kyoto’s ancient charm. Next, explore the Gion District and feel the vibe of the old capital. Finally, visit Yasaka Shrine and Hanamikoji Street to experience the unique charm of the geisha district.

Day 12: Kyoto – Osaka

Afterwards, visit Kasuga Taisha Shrine. Then, head to Osaka to explore Osaka Castle Park (castle visit not included) and enjoy local food at Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori.

Day 13: Osaka – Awaji Island – Tokushima – Kagawa
After breakfast, cross the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge to Awaji Island. Visit Uzunomichi to see the spectacular Naruto Whirlpools up close. Then, visit the Awa Odori Hall to watch the vibrant Awa Dance. Finally, take the Mt. Bizan Ropeway to enjoy the magnificent night view of the Tokushima Plain.

Day 14: Kagawa – Kochi
Today after breakfast, visit Ritsurin Garden to admire the beauty of Japanese gardens. Then, head to Kotohira Shrine to visit the grand shrine. If you wish, you can climb the stone steps for a unique view. Next, visit the Oboke and Koboke Gorges and Iya Valley to explore these natural wonders. Finally, head to Kochi.

Day 15: Kochi – Shimanto City
After breakfast, visit Kochi Castle to learn about the history of this ancient castle. Then, head to Cape Ashizuri Park to enjoy the vast Pacific Ocean views and visit the awe-inspiring Hakusan Cave. Next, visit Anan Water Wheel Village to experience rural life. Finally, head to Shimanto City.

Day 16: Shimanto City – Matsuyama
After breakfast, visit the Shimanto River, take a boat ride to enjoy the ancient and beautiful river scenery, and visit Sada Submersible Bridge. Then, take the ropeway to Matsuyama Castle (exterior view only), and finally visit Dogo Onsen Street to experience the charm of hot springs.

Day 17: Matsuyama/Tokyo – Home
After breakfast, transfer to Matsuyama Airport for your flight back to Tokyo, and then transfer on your own for your return flight home.
