• CBD hotel pick up and transfer to heliport: Sydney Airport
• Check in and safety briefing
• Photo opportunity and scenic 20-minute flight

• Return from the heliport to CBD hotel on a transfer
• The schedule is subject to change depending on traffic and weather conditions on your activity date

• Participants must be aged 3+ to participate in this activity
• Children aged 3-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• This activity requires a minimum of 2 participant(s). If the minimum is not met, you can book an alternative date or request a full refund

Additional Information

• For legal and safety reasons, all passengers are weighed prior to boarding the aircraft. Individual weights in excess of 110kg will incur a surcharge. Couples with a combined weight of over 200kg will incur a surcharge. The operator will inform you the surcharge and arrangement prior to confirmation and the day of the flight
• The operator will reconfirm the flight availability for you. Occasionally, a single passenger will be fitted on another flight that is booked. If the alternaive flight doesn’t work for you, a full refund will be given
• Please indicate your preferred date and time for the flight upon check out. The operator will contact you to confirm the availability of your preferred date
• Please advise the level of assistance required for any disabled passengers and whether the passengers are in a wheelchair at checkout, so that we can accommodate their needs
• The activity may be canceled in cases of bad weather. You will be given the option of booking an alternative date or requesting a full refund

• Since this is a shared transfer, please be patient in case of delays along the pick up route
• Be at your hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time

• Minibus transfers are complimentary for the Scenic Sydney Harbour Flight package only and are available to and from select locations in the Sydney Central Business District (subject to availability)
