• Participants must be aged 6+ in order to join this activity
• Participants must also weigh between 0kg-110kg to be able to join this activity
• Participants must also have a height of no more than 193cm to join this acivity

• Same price applies to all ages
• You don’t need to know how to swim to participate because the operator provides high-standard safety equipment and experienced pilot or driver to ensure an enjoyable and safe experience
• The parents of children who are 17 and under are required to sign a liability waiver form that informs them of the risks of the activity
• The activity is operational in all weather conditions except during storms. In case of cancellation, you will be given the option to book an alternative date or request a full refund
• For safety reasons, the use of handheld personal cameras and video cameras are not permitted aboard

Prohibitions & Limitations

• Due to the nature of this activity, it is not recommended for persons with impaired physical mobility or those in wheelchairs
• This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

• This activity runs at 3 timeslots per hour (e.g. 11:10, 11:30, and 11:50)

• Sample time: 09:30-09:55
• Duration: 25 minutes
• Activity highlights: 25 minute shark boat ride around Lake Wakatipu (this includes briefing; the actual ride is 15 minutes)
