• The voucher is only valid on the specified date and time

• Parental or guardian consent is required for anyone under 18. Children under 12 should be evaluated on an individual basis

Booking Limitations

• Maximum weight is 100kg / 220lbs / 15.5 stone. Passengers between 100kg and 110kg may be able to jump, this decision is made individually and on the day of the jump, assessment is made by the Tandem Master only. A surcharge may apply

Prohibitions & Limitations

• This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors
• The activity is operational in all weather conditions except during storms or typhoons. In case of cancellation, you will be given the option to book an alternative date or request a full refund

Meet Up Information

• Be at the meet up location 30 minutes before the scheduled activity time
• No refunds will be issued for late arrivals and/or no-shows once the activity starts
