Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied and supervised by an adult (18+) for the duration of the tour

Cancellation Policy

  • 90% refunds will be issued for cancellations requested before Whimit Pass activated. No refund can be made for activated Whimit Pass
  • Once your travel has started, the pass will be non-refundable
  • If you don’t show up on the day of your scheduled trip, you’ll still be able to rebook it but won’t receive any additional days on your pass
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be refunded
  • Within 24 hours of your trip, you will need to call our Call Centre on 1300 473 946 to make any changes, otherwise you can do it yourself online

Amendment Policy

  • A change or cancelation of a trip can be made up to 15 minutes prior to the coach departing
