- Each reservation is limited to two hours only
- Please indicate any dietary requirements at checkout
- The inclusions of the sets may change depending on your dietary requirement
- To ensure a pleasant dining experience, please note that participants must be aged 3+ to dine inside the restaurant
- Children aged 3-14 can either purchase the Set Menus at the same price as adults or purchase the Kids Menu. Please bring a valid ID as proof of age
- To ensure that you can all be seated together, kindly make one booking per dining group
- Seating allocation will vary depending on the restaurant’s capacity during your visit
- Your reservation will be canceled without further notice if you arrive at the restaurant 15 minutes or later past your scheduled reservation time. No refunds will be given if your reservation is canceled due to late arrivals
- Please note: SKYCITY does not offer free parking for guests. If you spend a minimum of NZD40, you must pay NZD7 for the first hour and NZD3.50 for every hour after. You will be required to get your parking ticket validated from the restaurant reception in order to get the discounted rates
- In case of any dispute, the decision of Klook Travel Technology Limited and The Third Generation Fatboy Snack Shop shall be final

Cancellation Policy:
Non Refundable , For Trips affected By COVID-19, it can be extended within 12 Months to use the credit. Fare Difference will be charged for High season.
