Luggage Information

• Extra fees may apply for oversized and/or additional luggage. Please pay any extra fees directly to the operator
• Maximum of 1 standard luggage (15kg) and 1 carry on (7kg) per person
• Infant travelling for free has no Luggage or Carry On Allowance
• Extra Luggage: NZD 2 per additional kg with a minimum charge of NZD10 (5kg)

Eligibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount.
• Children aged 17+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Infant aged between 0-2 can travel for free provided not occupy a separate seat
• Each paying adult can bring a maximum of 1 infant . A child ticket will be required for each additional infant and the infant must travel in a car seat supplied by the passenger, approved by the Operator
